Vision Change Case Study #4: Yearly Physical Exam

Mrs Alfiero, a 72 YO female with a history of diabetes, osteoporosis, and migraine headaches comes to your office for her yearly physical exam. When asked if she has had any interim problems, she indicates that she has had some mild transient problems with blurred vision. This began a number of months ago, but she knew that she had a yearly exam "coming up" and also thought it might just be from "eye strain" and would go away.

In addition to the rest of your exam, you'll obviously pursue this eye problem, completing a full eye exam.
