Question 2: What 3 very important things do you need to know in the history that weren't directly mentioned?
Answer:
Was there any pain with this? Presence of absence of pain is very important to establish to help you differentiate different vision pathology.
Was there any trauma to that eye?
Has anything like this ever happened before? (This is very important. You'd be amazed how many people present with a problem who have had it before and don't tell you until you ask this question).
