Case #5

Mrs. White has made progress with regard to her glycemic control, but is still not well-controlled. The next step is to begin a single oral agent (monotherapy). In part II of the diabetes computer case you will choose an appropriate drug for Mrs. White and follow her for continued management of her diabetes and her co-existing problems which include obesity, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
