Strategic Services is responsible for providing news and information to Penn State University faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other constituencies. We facilitate relationships with the various radio, print, and television outlets...local, national, and international, by providing accurate and timely information about the medical center and College of Medicine.

The Department of Strategic Services is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A Strategic Services Specialist is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you need to reach us after business hours for an urgent matter, please call Penn State Hershey operator at (717) 531-8521 and ask to have the Specialists on-call paged.
