Rehabilitation Center at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is
accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Our
rehabilitation services include care for adults and children dealing with
a wide variety of diagnoses. Our facility contains a
rehabilitation hospital, specialty clinics and comprehensive outpatient
services. Rehabilitation care coordinators
provide social work and case management services to maintain communication
with healthcare providers and insurance companies.
