The Functional Genomics Core Lab provides services for measuring
changes in gene expression, such as RNA quality assessment,
microarray analyses for measuring changes in global mRNA
expression, custom microarray production services, and
Quantitative Real-Time PCR analyses for measuring changes in
specific mRNA levels. SNP analysis services are also provided.
The Department of Public Health Sciences provides
supplementary microarray analysis services for biostatistical
analysis.
