Background
and Education
Dr. Mackay is the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical
Center. In practice since 1986, Dr. Mackay has a background in dentistry and
specializes in facial and nasal cosmetic surgery as well as cosmetic surgery of the breast
and body contouring. Dr. Mackay is director of the craniofacial program
and has a large cleft lip and palate practice.
