Dani S. Zander, M.D., has been named chair of the Department of Pathology
effective June 19, 2006. She currently serves as tenured professor,
vice chair, and director of Anatomic Pathology at University of Texas Health
Science Center at Houston Medical School where she was named the endowed
Harvey S. Rosenberg Chair in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine in September
2002. She will be overseeing the clinical, research, education, and service
missions of the Pathology Department at the Penn State Hershey Medical
Center.
