New Automated Immunostainer
Recently the Anatomic Pathology Research Lab, run by Trey Bruggeman,
acquired a new automated immunostainer. The Dako Autostainer Plus, along
with the accompanying slide hybridizer and labeling system, will allow the
lab to automate many of its current research protocols including
immunohistochemical staining, special stains, and in situ hybridization.
The instrument’s 48 slide capacity has already increased the speed with
which research material can be stained.
