The Division of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (Ear,
Nose and Throat) leads in the diagnosis and treatment of both benign and
malignant diseases of the head and neck region. Advanced care is delivered by
our team of five Board-certified Otolaryngologists, with the support of
specialized services provided by our audiologists, speech pathologist, and
experienced physician assistant. A diverse collection of head and neck disease
processes are treated by our staff on an outpatient and inpatient basis. Our
surgical specialists have particular interest in treating congenital and
acquired pediatric illnesses, upper aerodigestive tract cancer, hearing and
balance disorders, maxillofacial trauma, cosmetic and reconstructive facial
problems, speech and voice disorders, sinus disease, and surgical endocrine
(thyroid and parathyroid) disorders.
The goals of our Division are closely allied with those of Penn
State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center: provide World Class care to our
patients, educate residents and medical students in the diagnosis and treatments
of otolaryngologic diseases, and advance the science of medicine through
research.
We also provide full speech therapy and audiology services
(hearing and balance tests, hearing aid dispensing).
