entire process from decision-making, to quitting, and
through relapse prevention. Free to the public. Call to enroll

PSHMC employees, enrolled in the medical benefit plan, and
who have filled out the Capital BlueCross health compass,
will receive points towards into their Wellness Points
Account if they fill out steps 1 and 2 from the
PennStateWellness
