Medical Degree Certification
The College of Medicine's Registrar's Office provides
verification of
dates a student attended and degree awarded. There
is no fee or this
service.
Your request may be submitted via mail to The
Pennsylvania State
University College of Medicine, Office of Student

University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033; via e-mail,
StudentAffairs@hmc.psu.edu;
via fax, (717) 531-6225, or in
person, Room C1802, BMR Building.
