Registration

One time registration is to be completed prior to submitting requests on the ILLiad system.

**DOCLINE and OCLC libraries should continue using those systems**

ILL Delivery options

Copies are supplied via Arial, Fax, Email, or US Mail, as permitted by Copyright Law and Licensing provisions.

Delivery by specialty carriers (FedEX, etc.) - Supply Shipper and Account Number in Notes Field.

Rush Processing

Receive request by noon - complete processing by 4:00 PM.

Receive request by 5:00 PM - complete processing by noon the next day.

**Please alert us by phone regarding Patient Care Rushes.**

Loan Period

Default loan period - 28 days.

Exception:  Audiovisual material - 7 days.

All loans are subject to recall before original due date.

Renewals are granted on a case-by-case basis.  Contact ILL office to request renewals.

ILL Lending Fees

Loan - $11.00 per title

Copies - $11.00 (up to 50 pages) per article/book chapter

Rush Processing and/or Fax Transmission - $11.00 surcharge ($22.00 total)

Electronic Delivery - No additional charges, delivery is dependent on licensing restrictions

Invoices are issued on a quarterly basis.
