The George T. Harrell Library provides a welcoming environment conducive to research and study. Because of numerous complaints from students and other library users, we have introduced restrictions on the use of cell phones.

The following is our cell phone policy:

• Please turn off cell phone ringers when entering the library. If you leave the cell phone’s vibrate option on, please do not leave the cell phone at a table or carrel.
   
• Please leave the library to answer or make phone calls.
   
• For security reasons, please remember to take your personal belongings with you.
