Hepatitis C Detection by PCR

Penn State Special Hematology Laboratory has been certified by Roche Molecular Systems, Inc. to perform the COBAS HCV Amplicor procedure for detection of HCV RNA. This PCR based procedure has a detection limit of 50 IU of HCV RNA.
