Gittlen Memorial Golf Tournament- August 13-17, 2008
The 39th annual
Jake Gittlen Memorial Golf Tournament tees off Saturday morning August 16th at
the Hershey Country Club. The tournament brings together the top amateur
golfers from Central Pennsylvania, competing for local golf's biggest title.
This years
tournament will be played on the East Course at the Hershey Country Club, former
site of Nationwide Tour, Hershey Open.

This summer's tournament raised $825,000 for the Gittlen Cancer
Research Foundation at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. In its 39 years of
existence the Tournament has raised over $12 million for cancer research.
