Diabetes Database connects you and researchers looking for volunteers. . .

The Diabetes Database provides investigators of approved diabetes and diabetes-related studies with contact information of potential volunteers. You provide your name and email, home and/or telephone information and agree for this information to be shared with investigators. Your information will be given to the investigators and their study coordinators who will contact you directly if you might qualify for one of their studies. You may provide some or all of the information requested.

By completing and submitting the information requested, you agree to allow this information to be shared. The database is an open database available to investigators only. Because it is an electronic database, please be aware that security of the database, although protected with a password, is not guaranteed.

Minors under the age of 18 may not sign up for the database on their own. Parents or guardians must provide the information by calling 814-865-1392 or 1-800-393-0782.
