From York/Camp Hill Areas:
1. Route 83 North. At the 83-322 split continue on North on Route 83 to Route 81.
2. At the 83-81 split, continue North on Route 81 (right lane) to exit 72A (Paxtonia). This is the first exit after the 83-81 split.
3. After exiting onto Mountain Road, proceed 0.2 miles to the first red light (stay in the right lane).
4. At this red light, go straight, across route 22/Jonestown Road (Paxton Square Shopping Center is located at this intersection) and proceed 0.2 miles to the next red light, then turn left onto Old Jonestown Road. (Note: Tyco Corporation is directly in front of you, a church is on your right)
5. Proceed 0.4 miles and make a right onto Nyes Road (NOTE: Paxtonia Elementary School is just prior to Nyes Road).
6. Proceed 0.2 miles to the Penn State University Physician Group on the left. We are located behind the family practice in Suite D. Suite D is the last side entrance. We have convenient parking.
From Pottsville/Hazleton/Scranton Areas:
1. South on Route 81 to exit 72 (Paxtonia/Linglestown).
2. After exiting route 81, turn left onto Mountain Road, proceed 0.4 miles to the first red light (stay in right lane).
3. At this red light, go straight, across route 22/Jonestown Road (Paxton Square Shopping Center is located at this intersection) and proceed 0.2 miles to the next red light and turn left onto Old Jonestown Road. (Note: Tyco Corporation is directly in front of you, a church is on your right)

From Hershey Area:
1. Proceed on 322 West – Harrisburg. At the red light on Hummelstown Hill (Chambers Hill Road is to your left after Hoss’s Steak and Seafood House) turn right towards Grayson Road. Go 1/10th of a mile to stop sign, turn right on Milroy (The clinic is approximately five miles away from this point.)
2. Proceed to the next stop sign and go straight (Intersection of Derry Street and Nyes/Milroy Street).
3. Continue on Nyes Road, proceeding straight at the stop sign (intersection) of Union Deposit Road. Nyes Road takes a sharp turn to the left apx 2/10 ths of a mile from the recent stop sign. Continue on Nyes Road as it curves around toward Old Jonestown Road. The Penn State University Physician Group will be on the right. We are located behind the family practice in Suite D. Suite D is the last side entrance. We have convenient parking.
