Area Attractions
The Snow King Resort is located in Jackson, Wyoming, a convenient gateway city for visitors to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. The area abounds with opportunities to experience outdoor recreation, rare wildlife, breathtaking scenery, and unique shopping.

In town
Jackson, Wyoming, is located within the Jackson Hole valley--a stretch of land approximately 55 miles long and 13 miles wide, surrounded by mountains on all four sides and host to part of the Snake River. The town itself boasts unique western souvenirs, art galleries, clothing boutiques, and museums, as well as opportunities for whitewater rafting, horseback riding, theater shows, and concerts. Visitors interested in quirkier attractions can look for the large elk antler arches in the town square or the world's largest ball of barbed wire.
The Wyoming tourism site offers more information about the history of Jackson and the recreations it offers, and the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce site details entertainment, shopping, and dining options in the Jackson area.

Grand Teton National Park
Located just 4 miles from Jackson, Grand Teton National Park is known for rugged snow-capped mountains, pristine glacial lakes, and extraordinary wildlife including moose, otters, bighorn sheep, black bears, and bison. Within the park, visitors can watch wildlife, mountain climb, hike, fish, boat, raft, bicycle, ride horses, or drive the scenic John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Memorial Parkway.

Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone, the nation's first national park, is just 59 miles from Jackson. Over half of the world's geothermal features, including Old Faithful and hundreds of other geysers and hot springs, can be found within the 3,472 square miles of Yellowstone National Park. Visitors can explore the human and natural history of the park through educational facilities and programs, trail signs, and guided horse or llama tours. Hiking, boating, fishing, backcountry camping, and bicycling are also recreational options within Yellowstone.

How to Get There and Where to Stay
A room block has been arranged at the Snow King Resort conference site, which offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Jackson Hole Airport. For more information about accommodations and transportation, please visit the Overnight Accommodations page.
