About the resort

Room Block Information

We strongly encourage you to make reservations early, as this is peak season for the resort. Individuals may make reservations directly with Snow King Resort through the hotel's reservation number (800-522-5464) and mention "Penn State Conference" to get the group rates, which are guaranteed until May 24. After that date, the conference room block opens to the public. A one-night deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance and any additional charges incurred during the stay are due upon departure.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is before 12:00 Noon.

Accommodations will consist of one bedroom king or queen/queen hotel rooms.

All quoted group rates are subject to applicable taxable resort surcharge and sales tax at 3.77% and 6% respectively for an effective total of 10%. These additional charges are subject to change at any time without notice and must be paid in full with final payment. There is a $10 per night rollaway charge.

Pre/Post Dates: Contracted group rates will be extended three days before and after the conference, based on availability at the time of booking for group members.

Transportation
Snow King Resort will provide hotel guests with complimentary transportation to and from Jackson Hole Airport, located ten miles away, and complimentary parking in Snow King Resort's parking lots. Call the hotel with your flight information to make arrangements.

It is easy to get around in Jackson Hole and Teton Village with or without a rental car. The public bus service, the START bus, runs 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm, with service all around Jackson Hole and to and from Jackson and Teton Village. Busses pick up at the entrance to Snow King Resort and run approximately every half hour throughout the day with many convenient stops around town. The shuttle bus is free around town and costs up to $3.00 for a ride to Teton Village.

Location
Snow King Resort is located in the town of Jackson at the base of Snow King Mountain. The Jackson Hole Airport is a convenient ten miles away. Grand Teton National Park is four miles and Yellowstone National Park is fifty-nine miles from Jackson. Teton Village and the Jackson Hole Ski Area are located twelve miles from the resort. Description
The Snow King Resort is a full-service property that was built in 1976 and has been recently renovated. During 1991, the first phase of condominiums were added to the hotel room base. The Resort presently offers 204 spacious, recently renovated hotel rooms, including 13 suites as well as over fifty one, two, three, and four bedroom condominiums. The hotel building has seven stories with rooms beginning on the ground floor. The resort is open year-round and offers 40,000 square feet of conference and convention space. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the resort is available for guests.
