approved provider of continuing nursing education by PA State
Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American
Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
Penn State
Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of
continuing pharmaceutical education. This program has been
approved for up to 5.5 contact hours (0.5 CEUs) of continuing
education in state that recognize ACPE providers. Initial
release date for all sessions is August 29, 2009. Penn
State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center complies with the
Criteria for Quality for continuing education programming.
Participants must attend one of each of the concurrent sessions
and all the combines sessions to receive 0.5 CEUs or 5.5 credit
hours. Statements of continuing education credit issued to
program participants indicate CE hours based on verified
attendance and completion of program evaluation.
Statements of CE Credit will be mailed to participants
approximately two weeks after completion of the program.
This program has been assigned the Universal Program Number of
322-000-09-016-L01-P.
Application has
been made to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC)
for continuing education contact hours for respiratory
therapists.
Penn State has
approved this program for 0.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
