The Penn State Hershey Contact Center’s mission is to establish, serve, and promote relationships vital to the success of Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center by facilitating client contacts 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through multiple contact sources, i.e., telephone, internet, mail, and web-based products.
