The Institute for Biomedical Engineering
conducts the Graduate Program in Bioengineering at the Penn
State Hershey Medical Center. The Institute was formed within
Penn State University's Program in Bioengineering in
February 1998 with a Special Opportunity Grant from the
Whitaker Foundation. The Institute's purpose is to
educate graduate bioengineering students at the Milton S.
Hershey Medical Center in the research and development of
medical devices. |
